If you own a Direto, Direto X, Direto XR Team, Justo, Suito, or Suito-T, you can update your firmware using the Upgrado app, available on smartphones and tablets.
Connect your trainer via Bluetooth, follow the instructions, and activate Zwift Cog and Click compatibility — it only takes a few simple steps.
For Avanti and Justo 2 models, it’s even easier: the update is performed automatically via Wi-Fi.
Connect your trainer to your home network and follow the instructions to enable the automatic search, download, and installation of new firmware updates.
