Since 1979 we’ve been developing smart trainers, bottles and bottle cages along with cycling technologies. Today our smart trainers are a benchmark for indoor: they power training and online racing for riders and teams worldwide. Our accessories complete the setup, supporting every ride and outdoor adventure. Our goal is to energize cycling, helping athletes of every level reach new heights—at home and on the road.
Our mission is to help riders feel well. For us, well-being means quality time on the bike, self-care and movement, built by listening to feedback from cyclists and teams. That’s why we create reliable, easy-to-use, durable products with responsibly chosen materials—tools that sustain consistency and truly meet the needs of athletes at every level, from amateurs to pros.
Since 2025, Elite has officially been a Benefit Corporation: this is written into our bylaws and commits us not only to generating profit, but also to creating value for people, communities and the environment.
We’re 60 people with complementary skills and one shared goal. Design, quality, logistics, marketing, sales, customer care and technical support work in sync. With many colleagues here for over twenty years, we combine experience and continuous training to deliver reliable solutions and long-term service for cyclists in Italy and around the world.
Our R&D team of 15 follows every stage: concept, mechanical and electronic design, firmware development and updates, then bench and road testing. Our drivers never change: simple use, accurate data, real-road ride feel. We combine material choices, engineering and software integration with field testing alongside athletes and teams, turning research into real value on the bike.
We’re rooted in Fontaniva (Padua), working within historic kilns that reflect our heritage. We prioritize local suppliers and partners who share our ESG principles—a choice that reduces emissions and impact, supports the local economy and ensures quality control and fast lead times, freeing more focus for R&D, design and support. For us, valuing our territory means quality, traceability and reliability.
We reinvest profits to fund new projects, without external capital. This gives us autonomy, speed in decisions and the ability to focus resources on research, quality and service, keeping a long-term course built on teamwork.
Our commitment is measurable and ongoing, starting from eco-design: we design across the entire life cycle, considering materials, durability and recovery to reduce impact. We work under a certified system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), use solar energy, reduce materials and waste, choose more sustainable packaging and, where possible, plant-based bioplastics for our bottles.
The goal: lower our environmental footprint and create value for the environment and the community, together with partners who share our principles.

For Elite, ethics gives meaning to our work and enables success. We put at the center freedom, dignity and inviolability of the person, honesty, moral integrity, fairness and transparency, reliability, responsibility, sharing and leading by example. Our headquarters
The Fornaci Serciari in Fontaniva are the heart of our company and history: our HQ stands in a late-19th-century industrial site on the east bank of the Brenta. A ten-year restoration preserved and deepened our bond with local culture—work ethic, sweat and passion—the same values that drive cycling and our work.
This place is the symbol of our identity: right here we created our first collections of bottle cages, dedicating them to the people of Fontaniva.
THE NATURE OF CYCLING, ROOTED IN US
This powerful, contemporary victory shot captures what cycling holds: effort that becomes achievement, tenacity, the attack that changes the race. It speaks of legs and heart, and it evokes respect and loyalty. For Elite it’s an identity symbol, bridging heritage and the present—the culture of cycling and the way we live it. Reducing the environmental impact of our production and processes is a pillar of our commitment. We act across the whole supply chain, from eco-design to material and supplier choices, working with clients, partners and the supply network to multiply positive effects. This path is guided by measurable objectives and a certified management system: ISO 9001 for quality, and from 2025 also ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.
